Trades are cool!Competenz is an amalgamation of several industry ITOs – its prime focus is to encourage school leavers and young New Zealanders into our trades, to become skilled and qualified as they learn and earn through apprenticeship schemes and courses. The brief: Forming part of a Government performance review, create a video which demonstrates the success of Competenz in inspiring young talent into forestry, hospitality, cabinetmaking, engineering, transport and manufacturing. Fuse, working closely with the Competenz marketing team and suppliers, wrote, designed and produced an exciting and engaging overview of the trades, the Competenz values and objectives, their results in various industries and words of encouragement from young industry professionals already well underway in their chosen career paths.
