Lumino The Dentists.High speed drills, injections, the chair and conversations with a mouth full of cotton wool – All things we conjure up when thinking about visiting the ‘Murder House’. So one thing Lumino knew was that putting a friendly face on their website was a high priority. Lumino is New Zealand’s largest dental health-care provider with practices throughout the north and south islands. Their aim is to provide the highest possible care in dentistry no matter what area you live in or which practice you visit. Fuse was contacted as a result of completing a project for Proudmouth dentists. We worked closely with the Lumino marketing team to define the parameters of their website and to design the architecture and map the user experience. With a new TV Campaign being launched the site needed to support the new brand direction. With over 60 branches nationwide, Lumino needed a highly responsive site, which they were able to manage inhouse. Features such as regular special offers, an online appointment request module, an ‘Ask a Question’ area with personalised response and a full practice directory were among the requirements of a sophisticated and user-friendly CMS. In addition, a smart e-ticketing component allows patients to order a voucher online for dental services, emailing it to them pre-filled and personalised. The unique numbering on the voucher enables all Lumino practices to redeem it on the spot. |
