Our focus in working with Real Living has been to build a brand which provides confidence to retirees and their families, that we understand the issues and we are responding accordingly. Our communications focus on the sense of community in Real Living villages and the positive lifestyles our residents enjoy. We know it’s a long sales process and we provide the Real Living team with innovative and engaging ways to keep their brand top of mind with their audience.

Often sales decisions are made by the wider family group, with adult children researching and visiting villages with their aging parent. With a relatively modest budget, Fuse works with Real Living to ensure their messages are reaching the right people, with a lot of focus on connecting with the local communities in the areas the villages are located. Village events and seasonal promotions keep communications fresh and relevant.
