Unitec Institute of Technology.
From humble carpenters to a global communications consultants, Unitec’s student base spans the full gamut of professions. Each faculty needs to connect with their unique audience to promote their courses and attract the best students.
Fuse have worked with Unitec to tailor messages to each unique market, to capture the images and tone of voice that will really speak to their audience and prompt them into action.
While these campaigns each have very different messages, they must still conform with the Unitec corporate brand and Fuse have worked alongside the marketing department to ensure that each campaign fits seamlessly into the overall suite of Unitec material.
Our carpentry campaign focused on builders who were already in work, but not trade qualified. With changes looming to the building code, it was important to demonstrate that this qualification could be earned without compromising their existing job and forcing them to return to full time study.
The communications campaign identified two distinct audience groups – school leavers and students for the diploma programmes and communications executives for postgraduate studies.
A range of print, outdoor and web executions was employed to communicate with these audiences.
