A well-known NZ brand since way back, Ubix is now a nationwide network of locally owned licensees. Same name, different face.

Ubix are bringing a whole new range of world-leading office technology into New Zealand for the first time – the competitively priced Develop products from Germany.

Ubix’s unique business model has established a sales and service structure which can effectively cover the NZ market without the huge upfront cost of building a nationwide service network and a chain of branches that are overseas owned and administrated.

Agents are independent, locally based businesses around the country, while an agreement with Konica Minolta gives them access to an established nationwide service team with a proven track record.

Our challenge is two-fold – recruitment and sales. We have worked with the launch team to devise a strategy to attract quality agents to the network which works alongside a parallel campaign to drive brand awareness and sales.

Beneath this is a suite of sales and marketing resources for agents establishing their own business and providing service and support to their customers right from day one.

This strategy features a pre-launch phase, followed by an initial launch campaign and a longer term sales and retention strategy.
